第二(er)種，MC尼龍材(cai)質，成本與POM相差不大，常應用(yong)于沖擊力較大需要耐沖擊的環境(jing)，特(te)性是(shi)耐沖擊、耐刮擦，自潤滑性能(neng)好，耐磨，有些(xie)朋友(you)遇到(dao)分瓶螺(luo)桿經常斷裂的情況下，可(ke)以嘗(chang)試使用(yong)下MC尼龍的材(cai)質；

第三種，PE材(cai)質(zhi)(zhi)，PE的成本方面跟前(qian)面兩種相差不(bu)大，分瓶(ping)螺桿(gan)行業里(li)用的比較少(shao)，PE材(cai)質(zhi)(zhi)最 大的特性就是耐(nai)磨(mo)，很多朋(peng)友(you)反映分瓶(ping)螺桿(gan)由于(yu)磨(mo)損較嚴重(zhong)需要經常更換(huan)，建議(yi)可以試用一下PE材(cai)質(zhi)(zhi)的分瓶(ping)螺桿(gan)。
