套標機(ji)的刀盤機(ji)構的設計(ji)理(li)念(nian):
1、要使套標機速度達到400bpm以上,每0.15秒就要完成一次套標循環的動作,下標與切標電機必須頻繁起停,定位精準。
2、切(qie)標(biao)(biao)(biao)電(dian)機(ji)旋(xuan)轉帶(dai)動刀盤旋(xuan)轉一周完成切(qie)標(biao)(biao)(biao)動作,切(qie)標(biao)(biao)(biao)電(dian)機(ji)的定位(wei)不準(zhun)會使刀盤過沖,最終導致刀盤堵標(biao)(biao)(biao)。
以(yi)上兩(liang)點是設計刀(dao)(dao)盤(pan)時(shi)必須要(yao)(yao)注意的點:要(yao)(yao)想刀(dao)(dao)盤(pan)高(gao)速(su)運轉必須要(yao)(yao)考慮(lv)到刀(dao)(dao)盤(pan)裝刀(dao)(dao)數量(liang)。設計一般刀(dao)(dao)盤(pan)我們都(dou)是以(yi)四(si)把(ba)(ba)刀(dao)(dao),六把(ba)(ba)刀(dao)(dao)為例。
例如四把刀的刀盤:
四(si)(si)(si)把刀相對(dui)簡單一(yi)點,安(an)(an)裝和調(diao)試都(dou)比較簡單。它是(shi)由四(si)(si)(si)個(ge)(ge)軸(zhou)承(cheng)安(an)(an)裝座連接(jie)著四(si)(si)(si)根(gen)軸(zhou),軸(zhou)上(shang)鎖定同(tong)步輪(lun)(lun)然后呢(ni)有一(yi)條同(tong)步帶(dai),四(si)(si)(si)個(ge)(ge)軸(zhou)承(cheng)安(an)(an)裝座都(dou)安(an)(an)裝在一(yi)塊大板上(shang),都(dou)是(shi)對(dui)角等分(fen)安(an)(an)裝的(de)。當然安(an)(an)裝的(de)距離(li)都(dou)是(shi)由設計師(shi)按產品的(de)大小(xiao)高低而定的(de)。同(tong)步帶(dai)把四(si)(si)(si)個(ge)(ge)同(tong)步輪(lun)(lun)連在一(yi)起,四(si)(si)(si)個(ge)(ge)同(tong)步輪(lun)(lun)的(de)大小(xiao)要一(yi)樣大。當然,旋轉(zhuan)四(si)(si)(si)個(ge)(ge)同(tong)步輪(lun)(lun)模擬動作的(de)時候要把刀片(pian)(pian)裝上(shang)去模擬,刀片(pian)(pian)一(yi)定不能碰到邊上(shang)的(de)的(de)零件。
這里跟大家(jia)說一下要(yao)注(zhu)意的(de)地方,就是軸承座與軸配(pei)合要(yao)緊配(pei),一般公差(cha)不能偏出(chu)(chu)0.01mm,否則配(pei)合太松會導(dao)致(zhi)高(gao)速運(yun)轉的(de)時候(hou),容易出(chu)(chu)現機械故障,切標不準等(deng)等(deng)的(de)原因。

The four knives are relatively simple, and installation and commissioning are relatively simple. It is connected to four shafts by four bearing mounts. The synchronous wheel is locked on the shaft and then there is a synchronous belt. The four bearing mounts are all mounted on a large plate and are installed equally and diagonally. Of course, the installation distance is determined by the designer according to the size of the product. The timing belt connects the four synchronization wheels together, and the four synchronization wheels must be the same size. Of course, when the four synchronous wheels are rotated to simulate the action, the blade must be installed to simulate, and the blade must not touch the parts on the side.
Here I want to tell you what to pay attention to, that is, the bearing seat and the shaft must be tightly matched, and the general tolerance must not deviate from 0.01mm, otherwise the too loose fit will cause high-speed operation, prone to mechanical failure, inaccurate cutting, etc the reason.
